We are excited to announce that ‘The Key’ will be hosting a taster programme in preparation for a full time opening in March 2017.
What is the Taster Programme?
The Taster Programme is a chance to try out our sessions and see if ‘The Key’ could be the right fit for you. The Taster sessions will cost £20 a session.

When will it be running?
Sessions will run every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from the 8th-24th of February. Morning Sessions are from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm.

What Programme’s are running?
Radio Production – Work as a group to produce your own radio shows on topics that interest you. Learn how to use microphones and music software and write your own material.
Drama and Film – Learn about acting skills. Learn about life and decision making through role play. Explore emotions. Make your own plays and films. Learn how to use video cameras, laptops, projectors and more. Put on your own Shows.
Wellbeing – Learn about the 5 ways to Wellbeing and how they can help you live a happy and fulfilling life.
Life Skills – This programme will help you to increase your independence in and outside of your home. Topics include relationships and sexuality, cooking, money skills, fire safety and travel training.
Speak Out – You will learn about independence and self advocacy. We will focus on assertiveness, disability issues, accessing public services, the political process, independent living and participating in society.
Sports – Come and play sports. Learn about your health and fitness. Take part in team games. Basketball, football, badminton and lots more! Sports sessions will run at a local sports centre.
